- സുബ്രമണ്യ ഭാരതി എഴുതി 'ഭൈരവി' രാഗത്തില് ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയത്.
ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പ്രമുഖനായ കവി,സ്വതന്ത്രസമര സേനാനി,അനാചാരങ്ങൾക്കെതിരെ പോരാടിയ സാമൂഹിക പരിഷ്കർത്താവ് എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ പ്രശസ്തനായ സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യ ഭാരതിയാറുടെ "ചിന്നം ചിരു കിളി"
ഈ വരികളിലെ സ്നേഹത്തിന്റെ ആഴം മനസ്സിലാക്കാന് ഒരു ശരാശരി മലയാളിയുടെ തമിഴ് മതി. കവിയുടെ ശബ്ദത്തില് ഭാഷ മാത്രമല്ലല്ലോ ഉള്ളത്. ഒരു പക്ഷെ കേള്ക്കുന്നവര് ഒരു അച്ഛനോ അമ്മയോ ആണെങ്കില് ഇതു സ്വന്തം കരളില് നിന്നു വരുന്നതായും തോന്നാം.
